CROWN Web is a Web-based data collection system that allows authorized users to securely submit patient-based data to CMS’s CROWN application via electronic data interchange. CROWN Web is an abbreviation of Consolidated Renal Operations in a Web-Enabled Network.
Need to represent the relationship between key factors (e.g. XSD validation, CMS accepted ratio, CMS rejected ration, resubmission rejected rate etc).
They expect us to design simple solution for end user so they can understand the relationship with a single click on key factors.
We have created a dashboard using Tableau with three highlighted cross tab tables. Those tables are within the hierarchical relationship for drawing down analysis so the end user can check exact reason of rejection by clicking on each highlighted fact numbers.
We have created incremental updating dashboard with a various filters and calculations to end users in order to help them to improve the process performance.
